Good food is our greatest pleasure, and the inspiration that drives us to do what we do...
Starting in 2019, we established the garden on the ‘no-dig’ principle, with only minimal soil disturbance and a lot of compost.
Mimicking mother nature, we support the web of life within the soil by leaving it undisturbed and ensuring that bare earth is covered at all times to retain moisture and protect it from erosion by sun, rain and wind.
Consistently nourishing the soil with organic matter in this way helps it to support optimum plant growth, vigour and nutrient density.
We specialise in growing high quality produce for restaurants and hotels, from herbs and micro-greens to baby vegetables and small fruits. If you would like to know what we currently have to offer, or you are interested in working with us, we would love to hear from you.
